Maoist terrorists have released Local Development Officer Narayan Prasad Kafle and driver Niram Gurung, whom they had abducted from Ridi Bazar Saturday afternoon, RSS correspondent reported from Gulmi.

The two remained in Maoist custody for twelve hours.The terrorists abudcted Kafle at Ridi when he was on his way to Kathmandu to attend the meeting of the Gulmi-Arghakhanchi Rural Development Project (GARDEP).

Kafle and the driver were released after inquiry but the terrorists took control of the vehicle.
