Kathmandu, 3 February:A woman who was abducted by Maoists last October has been killed while three others were released on 23 January at a village in Kalikot district, insurgents said. The rebels said Deurupa Bohra was killed for collaborating with the police.
In other related developments, Keshab Raj Singh and Padam Bahadur Rana described as senior Maoist leaders of Tanahu district, were arrested and some ammunition and communist literature recovered from them last week, police said. Police also arrested Jitendra Bahadur Singh, another senior Maoist leader of Siraha district near Hanumannagar village last week, police said.
