Life Insurance Co. (Nepal) Ltd. will go public on August 5. The company is joint venture between the Life Insurance Corporation of India and Vishal Group (Nepal).
The company will raise Rs.50 million through the sale 500,000 shares with a par value of Rs.100.
Twenty percent of the company shares are being sold to the public.
