Lahan Nepal Bank Ltd. office re-opens

The Lahan branch of Nepal Bank Ltd. robbed by Maoists six weeks ago resumed banking services Friday six weeks after the looting of millions of rupees, Bank officials said.

But the Bank has yet to start dealing in gold and sliver. The Nepal Rashtriya Banijya Bank that was robbed by the rebels has yet to start operations.
