Govt. condemns terrorist attacks in Bangladesh

The government on Thursday condemned the recent terrorist attacks in Bangladesh.

“His Majesty’s Government unequivocally condemns such terrorist acts in strongest terms whoever may have perpetrated for whatever purpose. Terrorism remains one of the heinous crimes against humanity that requires common and unconditional resolve of international community to fight against this menace,” the statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, South Asia Division said.

On August 17, terrorists carried out several explosions in various places of Bangladesh.

At this time of grief, the government of Nepal expresses deep sympathies to the victims and their families and prays for the prompt recovery of the injured people, the statement added.
