Sanjib Raj Bhandari, chief executive officer of Mercantile Communications Pvt. Ltd. won the tournament held at Gokarna Forest Golf Resort. Raj Bhandari, playing of 15-handicap allowance, scored 43 stableford points for a 3 stroke victory over his closest rival Ang Tsering Sherpa.

He made a total of 9 pars and a birdie for his 43.

The tournament was played in stableford format with ¾ handicap allowance.

Ang Tsering Sherpa bagged 11 pars and two birdies for his aggregate 40 stableford points.

Tashi Ghale got the best gross as he turned in a level par gross score.

Mrs. YD Kwon was best amongst the ladies and Mrs Puspa Rai came runner-up.

Chairman of Le Meridien Gokarna Forest Golf Resort & Spa, Prem Sachdev was the best amongst the seniors (age 60 and above) with 37 points.

Ace golfer CB Bhandari received Longest Drive award. Adrian Fisler and Ulf Wernicke got closest to the pin and best sportsmanship award respectively.

Senior Golfer Himalaya SJB Rana gave away the prizes to the winners.
