Eastern Region enters football finals

Eastern Region entered the finals of the ANFA 56th Birthday Football Soccer Tournament Sunday by beating Eastern Railways, Kolkata, 3-0 in the second semi-finals.

Surendra Tamang scored two goals and Bijaya Subba scored one goal to put their team in the finals being played Tuesday.

Eastern Region will meet Mahendra Police Club in the finals.
