Though it is hard to believe that a daily income of one thousand to one thousand five hundred rupees is possible from a cow, it is happening so in Nuwakot district, reports Nepal Samacharpatra daily.

Bashudev Silwal of Thansing 1 Nuwakot is earning the amount from a cow. He is making the amount through the offerings made by people who come to see the strange cow, which has four legs and a hand considering it as an incarnation of goddess Laxmi.

Silwal informed that more than 100 thousand people had already seen the cow and he is earning 30 to 50 thousand rupees per month from the cow.

Silwal informed that earlier he had kept the cow in Pashupatinath temple of Kathmandu and Bindhabasini temple of Pokhara for seven months before Damauli, where he is planning to keep the cow till the day of Laxmi puja as the flow of people to see the cow is encouraging.
