Col. Narayan Singh Pun, government coordinator for talks with Maoists, continued prison visits in the capital Saturday, despite a public holiday, and talked with detained rebels ahead of peace talks after Wednesday’s ceasefire accord between the government and rebels, official sources said. 

Minister for Physical Planning Col. Pun was accompanied by two facilitators brokering peace between the government and the insurgents. The team visited Charkhal and the women’s cell in Central Jail
Saturday.
