Neymar to Messi: PSG will end Real Madrid’s dominance in Europe Published on: December 18, 2017

Neymar has told Lionel Messi he will inspire PSG through Real Madrid when the two teams face in the Champions League.

That’s according to Don Balon, who say the pair remain close from their time at the Nou Camp mutually.

Neymar has apparently told Messi he is positive that PSG will cease Real’s dominance of European football.

The two clubs lock horns in February and, should Real go through, would increase their possibilities of a third consecutive Champions League victory. Neymar is assumed to be convinced that PSG’s attacking armory will be too much for Real’s irregular defense.

We tried hard throughout and our intensity was there as always but we just couldn’t make the most of our chances. Maybe we did lack a little spark but we gave everything. We do need Cristiano to score goals but we don’t necessarily need a No. 9. The squad will continue as it is.

The other new signing of Madrid, Marcos Llorente also admitted that the team lacked Ronaldo as they failed to convert several chances.

Real Madrid will rely most on Ronald the rest of the season and the clubs performance will be more dependent upon him as the clubs highest goalscorer has already netted 407 goals in 396 appearances.
