KATHMANDU, : Bhutanese Foreign Minister Lyonpo Jigmi Y. Thinley arrived here today to take part in the Nepal-Bhutan 12th joint ministerial meeting.

Minister Thinley was received at Tribhuvan International Airport by Foreign Minister Narendra Bikram Shah. The Bhutanese Foreign Minister was accompanied by senior officers of the Bhutanese Foreign Ministry. The meeting is to begin here tomorrow, says the Foreign Ministry.
