An Army Major in the engineer brigade was killed this week in a training accident involving improvised explosives, the US Embassy said Friday.

The Embassy did not say where the accident took place. He was a “brother of the brother-in law of the Defence Attache at the Royal Nepalese Embassy in the USA” an announcement said.
