BIRATNAGAR: Police arrested Krishna Kumar Shrestha, the Morang in-charge of the Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’-led Nepal Communist Party, today.

Shrestha was arrested from Morang. He is under custody at the Area Police Office, Dharan, police said.
