The Maoist terrorists on Friday abducted Demling Lama, a journalist from Sindhupalchok district, the Rajdhani daily reported.

Lama who had come to his home village at Phulpingkot VDC from the district headquarters of Chautara was taken away to an unknown place the next morning by a group of armed terrorists.

Lama has been affiliated with journalism for the last five years and has been working as the correspondent for the Himalaya Times Daily and the Radio Nepal.
