Kathmandu, 4 February: Fifteen soldiers were seriously injured when a personnel carrier ferrying them from Hile to Dhankuta rolled off the highway Saturday. Some of the injured were evacuated by helicopter to the capital for treatment while others are being cared for at the Dhankuta hospital.
